We'll reserve a space near the entrance for the clown car disguised as a normal car to arrive or send some muscles to help carry the gear! MAGIC? The more you check off below, the better the show! * SNACKS: Save'm for BEFORE or AFTER the show so the kids don't miss a moment! Ideally the kids will already have a full belly! TOYS: Hide'm 'til after the show! Even just strategically placed behind the kids works! MUSIC: Pause 'til after the show :o) DJ: If dancing party will be going on uninterrupted (i.e. the DJ can't stop!) let the artist know so she can adapt the show for a shorter, more visual show OUTSIDE: Indoors is always preferred but we're nature lovers too! Shade and blankets for the audience are highly recommended! *** Please note that outdoor shows may be a wee shorter in duration given the elements and wide-open space venue.FACE PAINT? All we'll need is a table and access to water :o) * Yes! I'll have a waist or counter height table available and there will be water! The size of a small suitcase is perfect so the end of a table can work no problem.LATECOMERS! We give a 15 minute buffer just in case, but sometimes no matter what you say, half the party is still enroute! * Yes! If needed, I know that there is a charge of $30 per artist for every additional 15 minute waiting block. *** Please note that additional time is subject to the artist's schedule that day! We are happy to postpone the event to another day this year at a day that works for everyone (transferable)! Peak day with 15 days or more notice? 30% of the total due is non-refundable and the balance may be applied to another event this year that works for everyone.
